She is OTZ trained and specializes in treating injuries of the extremities such as frozen shoulder. Her chiropractic services are designed to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and support the body's natural healing processes through adjustments, facial release, and joint mobilization.

Holistic Nutrition

As a holistic nutritionist, Dr. Prendergast provides comprehensive dietary guidance to support overall health. Kinesio Taping
