Christie has been a mover and a shaker since she learned to handstand at the age of six.
A born-and-raised Torontonian, she spent the last eight years in Australia, where she became a lawyer—all the while teaching movement alongside her studies and legal career. Having returned to Toronto this spring, she’s excited to bring her energetic, athletic teaching style to the Toronto Athletic Club community.
Her sessions blend precision, strength, and flow, with an emphasis on building resilient bodies. Whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or an experienced mover, Christie creates a supportive environment where you’ll be challenged, encouraged, and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived.
Training Philosophy
Movement is medicine. I believe in building a strong foundation and training because we love our bodies—not because we’re trying to punish them. My goal is to help people move well for life through intelligent, progressive movement that builds strength, confidence, and longevity.

I’m Currently Training For…
Life, longevity, and fun. I love challenging movement patterns like handstands, pull-ups, pistol squats, and skater squats, and my goal is to keep doing them pain-free for as long as possible.
My Most Proud Training or Athletic Accomplishment Is…
Building a career teaching Pilates internationally and helping hundreds of clients become stronger, more confident, and pain-free.
