Why aren’t you exercising… finish the sentence: “…as often as you’d like”, “…as long or hard as you need to”, “…at all”? There are lots of interesting reasons why we don’t exercise on a given day or why – further along the spectrum – we stop exercising completely. But let me tell you, “not having enough time” just doesn’t cut it.
