Meg was never good at sports growing up. She was a terrible dancer too. At 18 years old, unhealthy and tired, Meg realized that she needed to figure out how to incorporate movement into her life. With quite a bit of courage, and no small amount of effort, she managed to start mastering certain movements and physical activities and ultimately found her passion and career.
Over 20 years later, Meg's favorite thing to do (outside of playing with her small boys!) is helping people move better. Exercise is both an Art and a Science. While movement can be simple, physical activity can be so beautifully and frustratingly complex. Variables at play are endless: motivational, mechanical, physiological, neurological, social, and so on. It's what makes the work we do so incredibly rewarding.
