Our Club App

Our Cambridge Group app is designed to bring you a more enhanced Club and virtual experience. Register for classes, book a squash court, check out our reciprocal network, explore our on demand video workout library, and more when you login right now!

To stay up-to-date with important Club updates and to ensure you never miss anything, don't forget to regularly check the "What's Hot" tab at the top of your app and be sure your phone is set to receive our push notifications.

Getting Started

Step 1
On your smartphone, go to the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android or Samsung devices).

Search for “Cambridge Group” or use the links above.

Launch the new “Cambridge Group” app.

Step 2
Click the "click here" button at the bottom of the screen.

Fill in your first name, last name, and new member number. Click "Sign Up Now".

Choose your username and password. Confirm your password. Click "Next".

What if I don't know my new member number?

Please email our team and we'll send you your new member number.

What can I do on the app?

Can I update my billing & contact information on the app?

Yes! It will now be easier for you to update your contact information, address, and billing information through the new app. 

Can I sign-up for group fitness classes on the app?

You can register and check in for all your group fitness classes, including cycling, Pilates, and yoga through the app.

If you would like to join a group fitness class at the Adelaide Club, you can call the front desk (416-367-9957) 30 minutes before the class starts to see if there are spots available.

You can watch past workouts in our on demand library, all available through the app.

Can I book squash courts through the app?

Yes! The app connects directly to your Club Locker account. If you are having issues logging in, please contact Melina.

How can I ensure I don't miss any important club updates sent via the app?

We encourage you to have the notifications feature turned on.

When you download the app, there will be a pop up message that asks if you would like to receive notifications, you cna choose yes.

If this feature was previously turned off and you would like to turn it back on, simply go to the settings tav on your mobile device, choose "notifications", find the Cambridge Group app in the dropdown field and click "allow".

Why am I not seeing the most recent app update?

If you're not seeing the most recent update of our app, that likely means you need to go and manually update your app.

Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and type in "Cambridge Group". Click on the icon. Here, you'll see a button that says "Update". Click this and the new update will begin installing. Once it's complete, reopen the app on your phone to see the most recent update.

How can I ensure auto-updates are turned on for the app?

The best way to ensure you never miss an app update is to make sure you have app auto-updates turned on!

On the iPhone:

In the phone settings, click on "iTunes & App Stores". Under Automatic Downloads, you should see "App Updates". Make sure that the toggle is turned on here to guarantee you always have the latest version of our app.

On an Android:

In the Google Play Store, click on your icon in the top right corner. Select "Settings" from the dropdown, and then choose "Network Preferences". For "Auto-update apps", ensure you either have auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only OR auto-update apps over any network selected to guarantee you always have the latest version of our app.
