Our new Cambridge Group app is designed to bring you a more enhanced Club and virtual experience. Join virtual classes, get updates on classes & instructors, explore our on demand video workout library, and more when you login right now! Additional features will be added to the app when the Clubs reopen.

Step 1
On your smartphone, go to the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android or Samsung devices).

Search for “Cambridge Group” or use the links above.

Step 1
Launch the new “Cambridge Group” app.

Step 2
Click the "click here" button at the bottom of the screen.

Fill in your first name, last name, and new member number. Click "Sign Up Now".

Choose your username and password. Confirm your password. Click "Next".

What if I don't know my new member number?

Please email our team and we'll send you your new member number.

What can I do on the app while the Clubs are closed?

While the Clubs are closed, you'll be able to:

  • Participate in live virtual classes
  • Explore past workouts and classes in our on demand library
  • Read our Living Well, Spice of Life, and Healthy View blogs
  • Get recipes from our Spice of Life Recipe Book
  • Find a trainer for virtual personal training
  • Book an appointment at the Adelaide Health Clinic & Sport Medicine Clinic

What will I be able to do on the app when the Clubs reopen?

When the Clubs reopen, you'll be able to:

  • View group fitness schedule & sign in for classes
  • Book squash courts & view schedule of available courts
  • Reserve your Stages bike before class
  • Follow your favourite instructors so you never miss a class
  • View menus, make reservations, and send private event inquiries to the teams at Stratus, the HUB, & the Oak Room
  • Book appointments at the Adelaide Health Clinic & Sport Medicine Clinic
  • View our full list of reciprocal partners
  • Submit feedback about the Club, our team, app, classes, and more

Can I book squash courts through the app?

Yes! When the Clubs reopen, you will be able to easily book squash courts through the app.

Can I update my billing & contact information on the app?

Yes! It will now be easier for you to update your contact information, address, and billing information through the new app. 

Can I sign-up for group fitness classes on the app?

Yes! While the Clubs are closed, you'll be able to sign in to virtual classes from the virtual fitness tile.

When the Clubs reopen you'll be able to check in for all your group fitness classes, including cycling, Pilates, and yoga. 

Will I need to reserve a time to workout at the Club?

We'll know more about whether Members will need to reserve workout times, based upon guidelines from the government, if that's necessary.
