With 23 Years of Experience in the Industry & 21 with the CGoC, my focus has grown to helping clients move better with more strength, stamina, & less pain.

A holistic approach to getting healthier is at the core of my approach. Addressing the source of an issue and using corrective exercise prescription to become stronger and capable of lifting (relatively) heavy things is the goal for all my clients.

Training Philosophy:

Create a Strong Foundation. Resolve barriers. Stick to the process. It's never too late to start resistance training, endurance training or mobility work. There's no shortcuts, but you'll feel better after every workout.

Working on being a better golfer & well-rounded athlete. I've added Conditioning & Mobility to my Strength Training regime.

Consistency. Still going strong at 45 and planning on another 45 years... at least!
