Meg Sharp

Fitness & Wellbeing Consultant

For over 30 decades I have worked with so many different people and continue to be amazed by the various challenges we tackle - successfully - together. And while I can handle just about anything you throw my way, I have become extremely adept at helping clients tackle the challenges I'm truly passionate about: Rebuilding a solid foundation and strength and mobility - as those two go hand in hand. Improving running and cycling mechanics as a way of improving speed, power and reducing risk of injury. Tapping into goals and aspirations that really matter to you as a way of motivating performance, adherence and - ultimately - getting results.

Training Philosophy:

The best results come from inside you. From a strength and mobility stand point, that means tuning into to how to move better. Increasing your strength and your range of motion through mindful, deliberate movements. These can ultimately be intense, heavy, powerful - but you can't ignore the importance of the brain. How exercise makes you feel - about yourself, your abilities, your world - is possibly the most important variable in your quest to make exercise a permanent and positive part of your life. Being strong and feeling strong go hand and hand.

Client Testimonials

"I’ve been training with Meg Sharp at TAC for about fifteen years, including online sessions during the worst of Covid. She offers everything I could possibly want from a trainer. The exercises she selects are tailored to my fitness goals and Meg has evolved these over time so things don’t get stale. Her close attention to form ensures maximum benefit and minimum injury risk. Importantly, Meg keeps things entertaining and fun, while still making sure the work gets done, and she’s a great motivator. I feel that Meg takes a holistic view of her clients, so she’s a great resource for all things health and fitness-related. I hope I have another fifteen years of training with her, at least." - James McLeod

"I'm totally convinced that the strength training I did was was essential. I would tell anyone wanting to complete an IronMan or other endurance competition that it can't happen without that work." - Mark Polley

“Training with Meg has been a game changer. I am stronger, fitter and happier after each session with real positive knock-on effects across my life working and parenting. Thanks Meg.” - David Casson
