I have been training for three years and have worked with people looking to put on muscle mass, lose body fat, improve sports performance, or simply improve their daily lives.

I started my journey in nursing and quickly realized I wanted a more preventative approach over a curative one. Why help people recover in a hospital when I can help them to avoid needing one?
