I certainly want to be strong, limber, and coordinated. Young bodies can so easily get down and then up off the floor. I want to be able to do that too. Now and well into my 60s, my 70s, and beyond. Picnics, Lego, and wrestling matches with my kids… and then grandkids?! Yes please.
