Can I do yoga if I'm not flexible?

Absolutely! We offer introductory yoga classes and provide blocks to assist with some poses, if you need them. Many forms of yoga combine both static and dynamic stretching, along with balance work. Yoga also focuses on the breath to help with stress relief and the release of endorphins.
