Exercise and fitness have always played a pivotal role in Eoin’s life. His passion began at a young age playing soccer and has led to him forging a career within the industry. Since Eoin’s recent move from Cork, Ireland to Toronto, he has brought with him a unique approach, perspective, and vision to our team. Eoin has extensive experience as a trainer and has worked with a range of different clients: from gym novices to top-level athletes.
Eoin studied Exercise & Health Studies at Waterford I.T. (Ireland) and this four-year course supplied him a tremendous understanding of how essential regular exercise is for enhancing life and off-setting the development of unwanted, preventable, metabolic diseases. To further his passion and love of fitness, he then completed a Masters of Science in Strength & Conditioning in 2017. This program took Eoin’s understanding of the human body to a new level in addition to developing key critical thinking skills which ensures that clients reach their fitness goals as efficiently as possible.
Eoin believes that nutrition combined with a carefully designed strength and conditioning program is what it takes for every client regardless of level to reach their full potential and achieve first class results.
