James has been in the fitness industry for over 24 years. Since graduating from the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College, he has worked as an endurance coach, personal trainer, head coach of the TAC triathlon team, and a spinning instructor.
James also has extensive coaching experience with guiding his athletes to Ironman World Championships, Olympic Distance Triathlon World Championships, qualifying for the Boston Marathon, to completing their first triathlon.
Currently, James enjoys competing in triathlons, which have included the 2016 Triathlon World Championships (top Canadian in age group), Ironman Canada 2004, and Ironman USA – Lake Placid 2005. He loves fitness but, more importantly, enjoys the challenge of helping people achieve their goals.
