Jordanna has been part of the Toronto Athletic Club for seven years and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. Jordanna is truly passionate about health, loves to travel, play sports and try new things! Leading a heathy lifestyle is very important to her and she encourages and educates others to do the same. At the TAC, she loves working with the members and building relationships with her clients. She thrives on each client’s uniqueness as they will work together to make the most progress towards their goals.
Jordanna is continuously expanding her knowledge as a trainer to ensure her clients are receiving the best possible care. She devotes her development in 4 key areas – biomechanics, nutrition, strength and mobility – which allows her to build well rounded programs for her clients without disrupting the demands of their professional lives.
In addition to being a trainer, she is also a Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST). This provides another layer of mobility training into my training programs ensuring my clients steer clear of injuries. This, along with her keen attention to technique and proper form, she ensures each exercise is executed smooth and smart to keep her clients moving closer to their goals.
