I dedicate my life to two things: Philosophy and Fitness. I began training in Martial Arts and later discovered Martial Arts Tricks, which combines the tumbling aspects of gymnastics with the explosive movements of martial arts. After completing my Master's in Philosophy, I focused on my love of Fitness. I specialize in strength training and conditioning, but my true passion lies in teaching Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. I believe in a structured and science based approach to health and fitness, and staying up to date on current research. I like to focus on building a strong base, consisting of proper form and techniques, which is essential to becoming both healthy and fit.
