Whether you’re a middle aged parent, a runner turned cyclist / swimmer or just want to cross off a triathlon from your bucket list, you have to start somewhere, right?

For the first 45 minutes, you will hear from engaging panelists, who will help explain the “ins and outs” of triathlon and reassure you that triathlons are doable.
Once the panel / Q&A conclude, the informal part of the session will begin:
•A couple of bike trainers will be set up, giving you an opportunity to test out your cycling skills
•D’Ornellas Bike Shop will be on hand, displaying bikes, wetsuits and other triathlon accessories
•Panelists and TTF Ambassadors will be available for you to chat with informally and in smaller groups to answer any questions you may have
•TTF sponsors, such as nuun, among others, will be there with product to keep you energized and happy
•And, if you’re up for it, you can go for a short 3.0 km run with a few of our TTF Ambassadors, once the get together is done!
There will also be random draws for prizing for those in attendance.
So bring your friends and have some fun with this, as you learn more about the sport of triathlon and the TTF!
