Always wanted to try Muay Thai? Now is your chance! Toronto Athletic Club has introduced a new class to their Group Exercise Schedule.
According to Instructor Audree, "...students have different goals including having an active and healthy life; building confidence; learning self-defense; strength training; or competing in combat sports."
She continues on saying, "my role is to find a way to help them achieve their goals and to make sure they always leave a class happy. I help students grow as athletes and as people while they challenge themselves to a higher level of fitness."
Classes are on Wednesday from 11:30am-12:30pm only at TAC!
