Meet David Beauroy, longtime Cambridge Club Member whose passion and knowledge of wine and spirits is as well balanced as a glass of Pinot Noir.
David Beauroy is the owner of DBINO Inc (aka David Beauroy Selections), an Ontario fine wine and spirits agency. He worked 10 years at the LCBO and 2+ with wine and spirits agency. While at the LCBO he was on several tasting panels and regularly assessed up to 300 wines a week. He has expertise in marketing and sales related to wines, whiskies and sake.
Prior to the LCBO, David worked as professional chef in some of world’s top restaurants including Chez Panisse in Berkeley, Eigensinn Farm in Collingwood, and at Don Alfonso, a 3-star Michelin near Sorrento. He has also worked as a winemaker and vineyard manager on an island in Greece and in Bordeaux.
David has tremendous passion for all beverage alcohol products. He has travelled extensively to further his knowledge and understanding of drinks, foods, languages and cultures of the world. He is a member of the Sake Educational Council and a Certified Sake Professional. In 2014 David won the 15th Annual Tony Aspler Blind Wine Tasting Award.
