Adelaide Club has an amazing selection of dynamic and unique Group Exercise Classes
and have recently added another offering to the mix. 3:FIFTEEN is a total body workout, divided into three fifteen minute segments including core, strength and cardiovascular training. With heart pumping music, this fitness class is energizing, inspiring and rewarding.
It’s all about the Music, the Movements and the Motivation. The order of exercises will change frequently to keep your muscles guessing. The action kicks off with a dynamic warm-up including core activation. Next we take it to the floor for additional core work before executing a fun high intensity strength training segment utilizing dumbbells and your body weight. Oh, but hang in there, because the last FIFTEEN minutes is sure to take your breath away as we race to the finish with energy boosting cardio.
