1. BUTTER POACHED SHRIMP
Creamy polenta, sweet peperonata, kale and oregano pesto. When the site of the stacked shrimp arrives as your table the expression that we 'eat with our eyes first' seems appropriate. Best enjoyed alongside a glass of our recommended wine pairing, a Perlage Pinot Grigio (Veneto, IT).
2. GRILLED NEW YORK STRIPLOIN
Meet your Meat. Nothing is as mouth-watering as a well-cooked and seasoned steak. Paired with manchego cheese potato skins and a parsley shallot butter sauce which is simply heaven. A beautiful red works wonderfully with this dish, like our Cabernet Sauvignon from Ray’s Station (Mendocino, CA).
3. GREMOLATA CRUSTED GROUPER
Even with fresh fish arriving daily, we still recommend making this your catch of day. The crust packs a flavourful crunch with sun dried tomato fregola and charred garlic rapini, in a meyer lemon beurre blanc. Toast to the Chef with a bottle of Louis Jadot Bourgogne (Burgundy, France).
