On October 27th from 2-4 PM the Toronto Athletic Club will host the 2nd Annual Cambridge Group of Clubs Fitness Challenge.
Staff Members from the TAC, Adelaide Club and Cambridge Club will participate in a sponsorship-based fitness challenge to raise funds for 3TO6 MLSE Foundation and Urban Squash Toronto (UST). These two charities support sustainable youth athletics and academic support programs in Regent Park and Jane and Finch neighborhoods.
The CGoC Fitness Challenge works as follows: each club has staff teams who have signed up for a series fitness challenge events. The events are time-based relay races for squat, pull-up, push up, treadmill, rower and agility drills. Each staff member has garnered sponsorship donations through their individual fundraising webpages that go directly to 3TO6 and UST.
The Cambridge Group has a strong philosophy of self-improvement through education and physical fitness which identifies with the mission of these charities.
Our goal is to reach $100,000!
If you would like to donate please contact your Cambridge Group personal trainer or email Braeden Szucs at Braeden.Szucs@MLSE.com.
To cheer on the staff and see great feats of human endurance and spirit join us on the TAC gym floor next Tuesday at 2 PM!
