This is the time of year when many of us embark upon new fitness goals. As weeks pass, we try to find ways to maintain the same level of motivation we started with in order to be successful and enjoy all the benefits that come with being fit. It's no secret that making time is critical and staying injury-free is incredibly important. 

And, would you agree that it would be easier to stay motivated even if your exercise routine was delivering "the goods"? If it was fun, social, challenging, soul-enhancing, beautifying, energizing? If your goals were being crushed and you were setting new ones? If exercise was doing the awesome things you’d originally hoped it would?

The short answer to these questions is YES! It would absolutely be easier! 

In my fitness journey, I've learned that one of the number one predictors of exercise adherence is support. There are loads of complex reasons why that would be and how that support looks. There's social support by joining a running club or group ex class, moral support from friends or family members, as well as the dynamic support offered by a personal trainer. Yes, I’m biased when it comes to the effects of using a personal trainer, but here are some important facts:

  • Personal trainers can be pivotal in helping you get what you want. 
  • Goal attainment is achievable.
  • You are going to be challenged in ways you may not be able to challenge yourself.
  • Everyone needs some expert advice and support. 

Although everyone can benefit tremendously from one-on-one training support, it's also true that others would prefer another route. That's why the Adelaide Club now has some additional amazing options to support your personal fitness goals. Effective one-on-one training doesn’t have to mean 2-3 sessions a week.  We can help you with 2-3 sessions period.

Our Small Group Personal Training and Boxing initiatives give you the individualized, technical and progressive support you get from one-on-one training within the dynamic of an intimate group. Check out our schedules!
