About

Soo has a background in rhythmic gymnastics and contemporary dance, which inspires her teaching in body conditioning, movement, and Pilates training. After a lower back injury, Soo used Pilates as a form of rehab. After experiencing how Pilates helped her rehabilitate her back injury while increasing her core strength and overall tone, Soo became passionate to introduce and familiarize people with the Pilates techniques.  She believes that Pilates is one of the most effective and beneficial forms of exercise for anybody.

Over 10 years of teaching experience, she realized every different body needs specific modifications for the exercises. Therefore, she emphasizes individual modified programs that focus on core strength, postures, imbalanced muscles, flexibility, and rehab. She also specializes in Fascial Stretch Therapy especially in the areas of the jaw, neck, head and shoulders which helps release the tension and stresses of daily life.
