Personal Trainer

Growing up racing professional motorcross, Sean used strength training as part of his fitness program. He needed something to combat the physical stresses of wrestling a motorcycle, so his program included a lot of core work and combination exercises. After 10 years, Sean decided to retire from racing but his passion for fitness continued with his goals shifting towards building muscle.

Sean has always been keen on finding ways to improve muscle gain and burning body fat and sharing that knowledge with his clients. He believes that fitness goals can be reached through challenging training programs that are rich in variety and that can push their clients past what they thought were their physical limits. If he’s not in the gym lifting weights, Sean will most likely be found in his music studio creating music or DJing on the weekends.

Sean has the ability to assist with all fitness goals, however, his area of specialties are: High Intensity Training, Fat-loss Training, and Post-Rehabilitation.
