Personal Trainer

Paul developed a passion for athletics early in life focusing on basketball, volleyball, and baseball. He then took this passion to his studies and completed a Bachelor of Physical Health and Education (BPHE) at the University of Toronto. This is when Paul’s career in fitness took shape!

Training at the TAC allows for Paul to live the active lifestyle that he values and craves and share it with his clients. For Paul, movement is life; life is movement and he is anything but a one-dimensional trainer. Since his BPHE, he has continued his knowledge and studied Pilates, training swimming, boxing, and enjoys the physical challenges presented when in the great outdoors.

Paul is attuned to assessing his client’s exact needs and uses his versatility and creativity to make his training effective and fun. From sport-specific training-based programs or vigorous strength-endurance training to organic/functional movement, Paul’s training will ensure gains in his client’s total body strength and fitness. Paul’s clients experience an unforgettable training session every time that leaves them feeling invigorated and ready to tackle their busy work schedule/lives.
