With a background in competitive sport and fascination of the human body, Eric found his true passion as a personal trainer at the Toronto Athletic Club and is also owner/head coach of his personal business – Advance Form Gold Fitness. He is a TPI and FMS fitness professional, focused on sport conditioning, optimizing movement potential, and injury prevention.

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and Functional Movement Specialist (FMS) certifications enable him to accurately assess movement quality, expose weak links, and maximizing sport performance through customized training programs that are safe, effective, and goal oriented.
