Ronald quickly developed an affinity with the water from a young age of four and further that passion pursuing competitive swimming at age eight. His relentless determination took him through ten years of professional swimming and into the North York Aquatics Club National Team. During his high school education, he also became an assistant coach at the Earl Haig Secondary School and Crestwood Preparatory College.
After his swimming career and leading into is higher education, he was an Assistant Coach and Lifesaving Swim Instructor at a number of locations around the GTA area teaching individuals and groups from the early age of 4 and up to the age of 85. In accumulating a total of 5 years experience teaching young enthusiastic first-timers to seasoned athletes, passing on his knowledge became his new passion.
Ronald is trained in the National Lifeguard Service, Emergency First Aid Instructor, Lifesaving Instructor, and Swim Instructor. He will provide the expertise and insight to help you to live out your goals. Whether it be progressing your stroke technique, learn to swim, or adding to your overall capacity for fitness. He would be happy to provide the support that you need.
