Most Yoga classes are Hatha Yoga, meaning that they include Yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. There are many different types of Hatha Yoga. Each style has a particular focus & technique for teaching the elements of Hatha yoga. Some styles are named after the original teacher. Some styles use a sanskrit word or name. Many Yoga teachers blend and integrate some of the styles.
