MESSAGE FROM MATT
Matt Cassells

Mark the date of Thursday November 17th in your calendar for the TAC’s annual fall party at Stratus. For those that attended last year, you can expect more of the same - incredible appetizers, signature cocktails, great people and an unbeatable view. For those that haven't attended a TAC party, just think of what you have to look forward to! Watch for further details in our eWeekly news.

A number of you have been riding/running into the Club early in the morning before heading to the office. While we promote a workout at every opportunity, we have been receiving feedback from a number of members related to the leaving of wet (sometimes smelly) gym/cycling clothes in lockers or wardrobes. We have laundry service available for all members (both monthly service and express/daily); it is incredibly convenient and ensures your gear is ready when you are. READ MORE

Us hearty Canadians love our warm weather, but it comes with its health hazards. Too many char-grilled steaks, tofu dogs, beer and summertime indulgences can lead to a loss of energy, weight gain, lagging libido, and general feeling of not being well.

SQUASH TIP FROM THE 37TH FLOOR

Five Mental Toughness Tactics for Squash

Most squash players are all too familiar with the difficulty of the mental half of squash competition. The power of the mind is evident at every level, from the ever punctual Dick Wertheim at lunchtime, or a Ramy Ashour at the world open, to an eight-year-old afraid to use any of his full strokes in his first tournament. Squash is a gold mine for sports psychologists...

EXCITING ADDITION TO THE SQUASH TEAM
