PILATES
Unlike any other form of resistance training, Pilates takes you through unique movement patterns, challenging co-ordination, control and body awareness and strengthening while elongating muscles. For years, the secret of professional dancers, this technique has become widely accepted as a fantastic way to get and stay in shape!

PILATES EQUIPMENT: 6 Reformers, 1 Cadillac, 1 Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arc Barrel and Spine Supporter.

IN-CLUB TRAINING: One-on-One Pilates training is a fantastic way to ensure you are doing the specific moves correctly and getting the most out of your time. Our Pilates reformer and our new Cadillac equipment is sure to challenge you and keep you focused on the best workout you’ve ever had!
