CLINIC FOR SPORT MEDICINE
Welcome new Massage Therapist, Elise Clarke

Elise graduated from Kikkawa College as Registered Massage Therapist in 2009. Being athletic by nature she gravitated towards sports massage while studying in school focusing primarily on deep tissue, rehabilitation and exercise.

Living a healthy, active, well balanced lifestyle is very important to Elise and is key in her treating the body as a whole. Her keen attention to different modalities and how they come together is what makes her treatments so focused and effective. Her practice includes deep tissue massage, Active Release Therapy, Acupuncture, myofascial release, remedial exercise, and pre/post natal massage. Working in a clinic with a high volume of competitive cyclists and marathon runners, she has a lot of experience treating pre and post race clients. Her continuing education focuses heavily on postural realignment and ergonomic correction.

The main intent of Eliseʼs treatment is to understand exactly what her clients need and work with them to help them achieve ultimate performance. Whether it’s treating athletic, postural, or occupational conditions Eliseʼs experience is palpable!

Elise is a member of The College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO), The Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO), and The Canadian Academy of Medical Acupuncture Association (CAMA).
