Our excellent certified Fitness Instructors are here to help you with all of your fitness needs. Whether high energy fitness classes interest you or a stress relieving hour of yoga, a variety of classes ensure you will find an activity that is right for you.

One athletics court with a basketball net, two new group exercise studios with wooden sprung floors and a new cycling studio complete with two plasma screens, will host a variety of classes you are sure to love!

YOGA Wonderful ways to release physical and mental stress as you lengthen and tone your muscles by using ancient Indian postures. We offer a variety of yoga styles including Power, Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Please see our list of “CLASS DESCRIPTIONS” to discover which Yoga class is right for you.

PILATES A mat class that focuses on core, abdominal and back strength while balancing overall strength and flexibility. Pilates takes you through unique movement patterns, challenging co-ordination, control, body awareness and strengthening while elongating muscles.

CYCLING Our Cycling Instructors will guide you through a challenging aerobic workout with motivational music and visual aids to create an experience as though you are cycling outdoors. Cycling is an excellent calorie burner, using up to 600 calories per hour. Please contact the reception desk to sign up and reserve your bike in one of our invigorating classes today!

AEROBICS A variety of high energy classes guaranteed to give you great workout. Whether you are looking for a cardio workout or a weight training class, we offer Step, Body Sculpt, Lower Body and Upper Body classes, Drill classes, Bosu classes, Ball classes, Core Strengthening classes and more! BOXING Learn the art of boxing as you increase upper body strength, endurance, speed and reflexes. Kickboxing offers a total body workout that focuses on flexibility, hand/foot coordination, core strength and cardio conditioning. Jump Rope will develop the skills to an efficient and intense cardio exercise that can be done within a class format, as a warm up or to take with you on the road. Fine tune your jumping skills, increase foot speed and overall body conditioning.

AQUA FIT Aerobics in the pool! Great resistance and cardiovascular training class with 25% less impact. Aqua fit allows you to achieve your target heart rate through the use of cardiovascular, muscle toning and stretching exercises. Being in the water makes this form of exercise easy on the joints and allows your body to be supported.
