WEIGHT TRAINING CLASSES
ATHLETIC TRAINING
A total body strength workout with the added benefits of plyometric conditioning.

BODY SCULPT/HARD CORE SCULPT Work every muscle to improve muscular strength and endurance.

BODY DESIGN Calorie-burning weight training that is..simple, fast and fun. Be ready for intervals that may include kickboxing, plyometrics, athletic drills and more. Easy to modify so it's challenging to all levels. Elevate your heart rate and your spirits and sweat yourself into that fit body.

POWER PUMP Activate your life in only one hour! Power Pump is the fastest way to get in shape and lose body fat! This class will increase you strength and muscles endurance. You will utilize adjustable barbells to perform simple, basic exercises. The barbells allow you to pick the perfect weight to begin with and then add more as you get stronger and stronger. The simplicity of this class makes POWERPUMP a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

STRENGTH ON THE BALL Total body exercises combined with the extra core challenge provided through the use of a resist a ball.

CORE CONDITIONING/POWER ABS An intense 45 minute non-aerobic conditioning class that focuses on the abdominal and lower back region. Enhances abdominal definition and core stability and strengthens lower back. This class will hit you where it counts!

ABSESSION Dextors signature core class that focuses on technique and high repetitions while developing stonger abs and back.

ABSOLUTELY RIPPED This workout zeros in on the truck and abs using the most current and creative techniques of core training

CARDIO AND WEIGHTS
ATHLETIC BALL CIRCUIT An interval class that uses the ball for athletic cardio moves with total body strength moves.  This all ball class delivers power as well as core conditioning.

FITBODY WORKOUT Intervals of cardiovascular mixed with resistance training that will increase your heart rate to maximize your body’s ability to burn fat.

CARDIO CLASSES
BOXING Learn the art of boxing as you increase upper body strength, endurance, speed and reflexes. It also provides an excellent cardio workout.

KICKBOXING This class offers total body workout that focuses on flexibility, hand/foot coordination, core strength and cardio conditioning.

CARDIO BLAST! An overall cardio challenge- you won’t notice the time go by in this intelligently choreographed blast of a class!

DISCO CARDIO A traditional hi/low class with easy to flow choreography set to disco music. This class will bring you back in time and cover you with sweat! A little bit of abs and weights at the end to set you up for a fantastic day!

BOSU CHALLENGE Balance, strength, cardio and sports specific training in one class. Every participant works at their own level while achieving overall conditioning.

STEP A fun method to strengthen the heart, lungs and burn body fat by moving up and down step benches of varying levels.

BASIC CARDIO STEP Breaks it down to simple steps.

CYCLE An amazing cardiovascular workout performed on indoor bikes to simulate the workout of an outdoor cycle.

YOGO This unique class combines 45 minutes of spinning with 45 minutes of yoga, creating the ultimate workout for your mind, body and spirit.

LIQUID GYM A unique and wet combination of resistance and cardiovascular training. The use of water reduces the impact of on land fitness by as much as 25%. Rehab an injury or simply challenge your body in a way you are not used to. Either way..it’s a fantastic workout so see you in the pool!

MIND/BODY CLASSES
HATHA FUNDAMENTALS Designed for beginners yet steeped in the fundamental technique that can sharpen the practice of even an experience practitioner. This class will soothe and strengthen as it focuses on joint mobility, range of motion, basic standing and sitting postures.

POWER PILATES Enhanced classic mat through the use of many toys including bands, and magic circles to further challenge your core This class moves a bit faster with an emphasis on strengthening the core and flexibility for other activities, such as cycling and running. Be prepared to work up a Sweat!

OSTEOPILATES This class is ideal for maintaining and building bone density. Based on pilates principles and practices, this class will help you target movements that positively affect your bones.

PILATES CORE CHALLENGE Integrating challenging Pilates movements, which concentrate on building a powerful core as well as longer and leaner muscles, with traditional abdominal exercises this class will enhance your body alignment, balance and overall strength.  Pilates equipment such as the foam roller, flex circle, balls and bands will be utilized to further enhance your workout. 

PILATES Core work that strengthens abdominal and back muscles while balancing overall strength and flexibility.

YOGA Invigorating, spontaneous and playful this class is sure to make you sweat while stretching you both physically and mentally. Focus on flowing movement coupled with holding seated, standing, prone and inverted poses for timed increments while harnessing the breath to ignite the reserves of energy that lie dormant within you.

ASHTANGA YOGA An intense strength workout connecting a series of postures with a focus on breath and control.
