She has worked with professional athletes and individuals who lead active lifestyles.
THIS IS WHAT SOME OF ANDREA'S CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THE SERVICES SHE PROVIDES:
One morning I woke up with a pinched nerve in my neck. Four days passed and it was only getting worse. I was referred to Andrea Purdy. She was genuinely concerned, asked questions and observed my restricted range of motion. Her knowledge and skill were very evident in the following several treatments. After two sessions the pain was gone and I had regained almost full range of motion. She suggested some exercises to help keep my neck area limber and healthy. Andrea Purdy is an extremely skilled massage therapist whom I highly recommend. SJ
I am extremely lucky to be receiving therapy from Andrea Purdy. Grappling with past sports-related injuries, Andrea's skillful techniques and deep tissue massages have not only relieved me of my pain, but have enabled me to continue with my intensive martial arts training. Her knowledge of both my ailments, my exercise regime along with the various treatments that she applies makes Andrea a key part to my fitness and my overall health. MW
I have been seeing Andrea Purdy for a couple of years now. I am an active person who tends to overdo it sometimes. I guess you could say that I am a 'Weekend Warrior'. Without my consistent treatments from Andrea when I am injured, or just requiring maintenance, I wouldn't be able to continue managing my busy work schedule while pursuing my active lifestyle and interests. She has been an enormous help in keeping me injury free thus reducing my stress level and enabling me to live a more balanced and healthy life. JB |
