| WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY? Physiotherapy at our facility involves assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries through biomechanical analysis and objective testing. Based on your clinical presentation, the physiotherapist will implement a plan for the treatment of your injury.
HOW DO I START PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT? You do not need a referral to start physiotherapy treatment. Just call our office number and book an appointment. You will likely need to see your physician for a referral slip for physiotherapy so that you can reclaim your costs through your benefits plan. We have two sports physicians here who you can see without a referral.

Most commonly patients will start treatment at a frequency of two times per week, with the goal directed towards independence and return ot pre-injury function.
